The layout is thoughtfully planned to facilitate functionality and collaboration, making it ideal for a modern workspace. The reception area features an industrial-style design with exposed brick walls, polished concrete flooring, and a raw metal reception desk with a reclaimed wood countertop. Pendant lights with Edison bulbs hang above the desk, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. A seating area with leather armchairs and a wooden coffee table adds comfort and style.The site includes multiple conference rooms, each designed with a unique yet cohesive aesthetic. The walls feature a combination of raw concrete and wooden panels, while large glass partitions with black metal frames maintain an open feel. The conference tables are made from solid wood with a natural finish, paired with ergonomic chairs in leather and metal. Industrial-style pendant lights or linear LED fixtures hang above the tables, providing ample illumination.
